The Rhoer Club is the youth group affiliate of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Founded in 1939 at the 14th Biennial Boule, the first Rhoer Club was formed in 1940 by Alpha Eta Chapter. This group was organized to encourage high scholastic attainment and the development of leadership skills. Clubs are comprised of young women ages 12-18. Rhoer Clubs are sponsored by graduate chapters of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority on a local level an are recognized nationally as well.

These young ladies also assist the Sorority with service ctivities and social projects. The Rhoer club program consists of training and guidance in education, community service, vocation fine arts, and social affairs. The program also provides the young women with the energy, support, commitment, and encouragement of the Sorors of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. to help them to develop and succeed in their life’s endeavors.

The Philos is an affiliate organization to Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., was created in 1943. The name Philo, which means "friend" in Greek, was given to the organization in 1954. The Philos consists of women of high caliber, dedication, and commitment and who share the sorority's principles of sisterhood and service. The Philo club colors are Gold and White.

The Philo Club is a group of women who do not have a four-year college degree, who share the sorority's principles and are interested in helping Sigma Gamma Rho render service to humankind and improve the community.
